GR1+ Tabletop Coffee Roaster is designed and manufactured to fully meet your professional coffee roasting needs. Part of the Golden Coffee Roaster family, the 1.5 KG batch capacity coffee roasting machine GR1+ adapts to different roasting methods by offering a wide range of small batch roasting profiles as well as sample roasting.
Comes in 3 versions:
| Manual | User controls all functions by buttons from the control panel. |
| Semi-Auto | User controls all functions from a Beijer touchpad screen, and it has PLC unit to record profiles for auto run. |
| Full Auto | Auto version with a pneumatic system on the gates. This allows roaster to run saved profile by itself fully automatically. (Full Auto requires air compressor) |
Golden Pressure Profiling System (GPPS)
At Golden Roaster, drum pressure is precisely managed using an integrated internal pressure sensor that continuously monitors the differential pressure within the roasting chamber, measured in Pascals (Pa).
This sensor-driven system dynamically modifies fan speeds and airflow to create and maintain the desired pressure which plays a critical role in ensuring even heat distribution and optimal flavor development throughout the roast. Thus, the system supports to find balancing sweetness, bitterness and acidity in the roasting profile.
Safety and Warranty:
- CE certified gas blocker and UL certified electric components.
- Gas security System; To stop all system in case of any abnormality in gas pressure
- Emergency button: to turn off all roasting process
- Independent thermocouples with digital indicator
- Chaff driver to collect chaff falling through drum
