Golden Pressure Profiling System (GPPS)
At Golden Roaster, drum pressure is precisely managed using an integrated internal pressure sensor that continuously monitors the differential pressure within the roasting chamber, measured in Pascals (Pa).
This sensor-driven system dynamically modifies fan speeds and airflow to create and maintain the desired pressure which plays a critical role in ensuring even heat distribution and optimal flavor development throughout the roast. Thus, the system
